I’m Chemere, nail art educator, business mentor, and somebody who’s really been in the trenches of this industry. I spent years behind the nail table building multiple six-figure seasons doing nails, and eventually I realized… I didn’t just love doing nails, I loved teaching women how to make real money with their talent. Now I help beauty pros stop playing small with their skills. I’ve worked with over 500 nail techs who wanted more than just being booked and busy… they wanted confidence, freedom, and a business that actually supports their life.

Hello! I’m Coach Ashlie. Your black unicorn, your neighborhood bestie, your natural nail bae! My journey to nail technician and educator came from the same struggles many women have. They don’t like the nails they paid for! Although my craft was born from that space, that was not my direction from the start. I had no previous experience with nails at all. I entered school to learn all I could so I could work part time on the weekends end make travel money. I never dreamed I’d be working for myself and loving what I do. Hi, I’m Pa’Reesha a Nail Tech specializing in gel enhancements such as hard gel, soft gel and gelx. I’ve been learning the science of nails and the industry for 5 years. The nail industry piqued my curiosity in 2019 when I began getting my nails done and during 2020 I took a deep dive into learning the craft which lead me to BGM for education and licensing. I briefly worked in the salon setting but ultimately decided working independently was the path for me. I now own and operate the House of Razzle and look forward to sharing the knowledge I’ve gained in the past 5 years while also continuing to learn from my peers.
